A wannabe posh place at their best. The experience was as cold-and-bereft as their ridiculous concrete walls. I entered, asked for their menu and internet. Both were made available. Ordered an overpriced cappuccino but, extra hot and semi dry. It was delivered very wet and hot. Then, the internet had problems. It was slower than BBMP's progression. Two bimbos in plastic stilettoes descended from the cyclone we are having with zero civic sense. They took at least 698.56 pictures in every pose and with every customer in the background not regarding other's privacy. For 324/- for a cappuccino, I want the posh experience. Oh! wait, they are just a wanna be place. Touche @The Owner of ISOBEL - Thank you for your response and recognizing the spirit behind my review - it is to truly help you. Please train and empower your team. Make them feel that they are a part of the brand. Right now, there is a huge gap between your employees and the customer segment you are targeting. Once they are on your side, sky is the limit for you.
