This is by far the worst so-called 5-star hotel I have ever stayed in. Zuri White Sands Resort in Goa is nothing short of a nightmare and an outright scam for the money they charge. • Staff & Management: The staff is shockingly ill-mannered, untrained, and utterly clueless about hospitality. From the General Manager Tarun down to the team, nobody has the slightest idea of guest service. Both check-in and check-out were chaotic and humiliating experiences, with zero accountability. Even after raising multiple complaints, the management couldn’t be bothered to show their faces. The level of apathy is unbelievable. • Rooms & Cleanliness: Filthy rooms, clogged toilets, and complete neglect of basic maintenance. Calling these “5-star rooms” is an insult to hospitality. Even budget hotels are maintained better than this dump. • Food & Dining: The food is pathetic. Unhygienic, tasteless, and served without the slightest courtesy. Dining here feels like punishment, not an experience. Families with kids are treated with no consideration whatsoever. • The “Beach”: The resort dares to call it “White Sands Beach,” but the beach is dirty, unkept, and nowhere close to the picture they sell online. A blatant lie. • Overall Experience: Every moment at this property is designed to frustrate you. Instead of relaxation, we were met with stress, disgust, and total neglect. This place does not even deserve a single star, let alone five. Final Verdict: Zuri White Sands is a disgrace to the hospitality industry and an insult to Goa. Do NOT waste your money here. Staying at an OYO or a homestay would give you a far better experience than this fraudulent property.

stay at The Zuri White Sands, Goa turned out to be one of the most disappointing and pathetic resort experiences I have ever had. For a property that claims to be “luxury,” the reality was shockingly poor in every way possible. Firstly Room Quality: The rooms are outdated, poorly maintained, and nowhere close to the standard expected from a so-called five-star resort. Broken fittings, damp smell, water leakage, stained linen and unhygienic bathrooms made the stay extremely uncomfortable. Instead of relaxation, it felt more like a punishment. We check-in at 3.30 pm, only to manage this plumber in the room for entire evening Pathetic!! Food & Dining: The food was an absolute disaster – tasteless, repetitive and lacking freshness. Even the basics were poorly prepared, and service at the restaurant was painfully slow and unprofessional. It seemed as if the staff had no training or interest in customer experience. Service & Hospitality: The overall service was pathetic – from check-in to stay.. Staff were indifferent, unresponsive, and clearly lacked the warmth and professionalism that Goa is known for. Every request felt like a burden to them, and instead of feeling like a valued guest, I felt unwelcome throughout. Overall Experience: For the money charged, Zuri White Sands is an absolute rip-off. This property survives on its location, not on its quality. If you are looking for a true Goan hospitality experience, stay away from this place. There are far better resorts in Goa that respect guests, maintain standards, and deliver value. Zuri White Sands is nothing but a faded brand living off old glory – it desperately needs a complete overhaul in terms of rooms, food, and above all, staff attitude. Until then, I would strongly advise everyone to avoid wasting their hard-earned money here.
